A postnatal pilates programme designed specifically for new mums and their babies. Rebuild your strength, restore your body, and bond with your little one in a supportive group environment.
The programme runs across three progressive stages:
Stage 1 — Foundations
All about the true fundamentals of post-birth recovery. Gentle movements to reconnect with your core, pelvic floor, and breathing.
Stage 2 — Progression
Building on recovery with increased strength and fitness work. Progressing safely as your body heals and adapts.
Stage 3 — Return to Fitness
Getting you back to full fitness and ready to return to regular pilates or exercise with confidence.
Each class includes dedicated time afterwards for mums and babies to connect, fostering a warm community and lasting friendships.

Welcome to Heal Clinic, a boutique wellness studio dedicated to supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
Our Pilates classes are designed to improve strength, mobility, posture and body awareness, while supporting overall wellbeing in a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment.
To ensure participation is safe and appropriate for you, please complete the following consultation form honestly and to the best of your knowledge. The information you provide helps us keep sessions safe and supportive and will not affect your place unless there is something we need to discuss together beforehand.
If you are currently pregnant or given birth within the last 12 months, please contact us directly as one of our antenatal or postnatal classes might be more appropriate for you to attend.
All personal information collected will be stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Information will only be used for the purposes of delivering safe Pilates sessions.

I understand that Pilates sessions at Heal Clinic involve low-impact, controlled exercise designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, breathing and body awareness. Sessions will be adapted where appropriate, based on individual needs, ability levels and any health information I provide.
I understand that participation in exercise, including Pilates, carries inherent risks. These may include (but are not limited to) muscle soreness, joint discomfort, fatigue, dizziness, or aggravation of existing conditions. Individual responses to exercise vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical and physical information accurately and honestly. I understand that Heal Clinic and its instructors can only act on the information provided by me and cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.
I agree to inform my instructor promptly of any changes to my health or physical condition at any time during my participation.
I confirm that I have sought and followed appropriate medical advice where necessary and that I have been advised it is safe for me to participate in exercise.
I understand that Pilates instructors at Heal Clinic do not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace advice from healthcare professionals. Pilates sessions are not a substitute for medical care.
I understand that Heal Clinic and its instructors will take reasonable care to deliver sessions safely, within their qualifications and professional standards, and to modify or stop exercises where appropriate. However, no guarantee can be made that injury will be prevented.
I agree to take responsibility for monitoring my own physical condition during sessions and to stop exercising and inform the instructor immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
In the event of illness or injury during a session, I consent to appropriate action being taken, including contacting emergency services if deemed necessary.
I confirm that my participation in Pilates sessions is voluntary and that I am free to stop or withdraw from sessions at any time.
We occasionally take photos and videos during classes for use on social media and marketing materials.

From time to time, Heal Clinic may take photographs or short video recordings during classes for marketing and educational purposes (e.g. website, social media, newsletters).

Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or medical advice to stop exercising), at the discretion of Heal Clinic. Supporting evidence may be requested.
If Heal Clinic needs to cancel a class or session, you will be offered either a full refund, or the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future session.
If you are unable to continue due to changes in medical status (e.g. pregnancy complications or postnatal recovery issues), please notify Heal Clinic as soon as possible so suitable options can be discussed.
